We don't operate a phone support line — email is the fastest way to reach us, and we read every message.

Start with team@mediaplay.live — we read it every working day. Account and access questions: care@mediaplay.live. For billing, use billing@mediaplay.live.

Submit a live session

Independent musicians are welcome to submit sessions for the daily ranking. Email team@mediaplay.live with a link to your recording and a line about where and how it was captured. Submission doesn't guarantee placement — everything is reviewed and ranked by ear by the Limassol curation team. Please only submit work you have the rights to; see our Content policy.
