Refund Policy

A free trial first, and a money-back path on your first paid charge if you change your mind.

1. The free trial

Every membership starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing — so the simplest way to avoid any charge is to cancel before the trial period is over.

2. 7-day money-back on your first charge

If your trial converts to a paid membership and you decide within 7 days of that first paid charge that Mediaplay isn't for you, contact us for a full refund of that first charge.

3. How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] from the address on your account.
  2. Tell us it's a first-charge refund request.
  3. We'll confirm and process the refund to your original payment method.

4. After the first period

Renewals beyond the first paid period are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Your statutory consumer rights under German and EU law are unaffected by this policy.
