What a valid notice must include

To let us act quickly, your takedown notice should contain:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
2. The exact URL or location of the material on Mediaplay you want removed.
3. Your contact details (name, address, email).
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

On receiving a valid notice we will review and, where appropriate, promptly remove or disable access to the material and notify the person who submitted it. Repeated infringement by a submitter may lead to removal from the service.

Counter-notice

If your session was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was in error.
