Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Amphora Live Sessions Ltd for using Mediaplay.

1. Who we are

Mediaplay ("the service") is operated by Amphora Live Sessions Ltd, registered at Agiou Andreou 354a, Apt 205, 3035 Limassol, Cyprus. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Mediaplay is a web-based subscription video service that publishes a daily, human-ranked shortlist of thirty live music sessions, reset at your local midnight, plus access to an archive of past sessions. Access is through any modern web browser. We do not currently provide native mobile apps, smart-TV apps or offline downloads.

3. Membership, trial & auto-renewal

Membership starts with a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your membership renews automatically at the plan price you selected (Basic or Premium, monthly or annual) and continues to renew each billing cycle until you cancel. The exact renewal amount and cycle are shown to you before you start the trial. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account. To avoid being charged, cancel before your free trial ends. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds, where applicable, are described on our Refund page.

5. Acceptable use

Membership is for personal, non-commercial use by the account holder. You agree not to share your credentials beyond what these Terms permit, not to redistribute, download, scrape or re-stream content, and not to circumvent access controls. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

6. Submissions

If you submit a live session, you confirm you hold all necessary rights (including any music licensing and performer clearances) and you grant us a licence to review and, if selected, stream it on the service. See our Content policy.

7. Intellectual property

All sessions remain the property of their respective creators and rights holders. The Mediaplay name, design and software are owned by Amphora Live Sessions Ltd.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Amphora Live Sessions Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under German law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will give reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply where relevant.
