We only process analytics or advertising data after you give consent through the cookie banner. Essential processing needed to run the service happens regardless, on the basis above.
3. Payment data
When our subscription setup is connected, card payments are handled by a payment processor over an encrypted connection. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers. We will name the processor here once it is live.
4. Processors & sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run Mediaplay (such as hosting and, once connected, payment processing), under data-processing agreements. We list processors here only when they are actually in use. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Retention
We keep account and billing data for as long as your account is active and as required by law (for example, tax records). Essential security logs are kept for a limited period. Consent-based analytics data is kept only while consent stands. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
6. Your rights
