Your free trial

Membership starts with a 7-day free trial. During the trial you have full access to all thirty ranked sessions and the archive, and you are not charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing at all.

Renewal after the trial

When the 7-day trial ends, your membership renews automatically at the plan price you chose — Basic or Premium, monthly or annual. The exact amount is shown to you before you start the trial. Membership then renews each billing cycle until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your account. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refunds

If you are charged for your first paid period and change your mind, we offer a 7-day money-back path on that first charge. Full details are on the Refund page. To request a refund, email [email protected].

Payment security

Checkout runs over an encrypted (SSL) connection. We never store full card numbers on our own servers.

Checkout status. Our subscription setup is being connected. Until it's live, the checkout button shows a neutral notice — "Checkout opens after subscription setup is connected." — and no payment is taken.
